Early Morning Start

🚔 Mitsy & Beaver were out bright and early the other morning... and they didn't come back empty-handed! 🚔

On 23/07, a vigilant member of the public reported a suspected drug deal on Lancaster Crescent, Grove. 
Thanks to that information, and with the help of our ICR colleague, our officers responded quickly and swiftly detained two individuals.

One male was found in possession of Class A drugs and cannabis. He was dealt with for the offences, but his morning got even worse...
🚗 He was also driving with only a provisional licence, so his vehicle was seized.

This is another great example of why information from the public is so important. 
We can only act on what we know, and your reports help us tackle crime, remove drugs from our streets, and keep our communities safe.
